apparently the “free gifts” (ipods, visa gift cards, etc) that banks always advertise are for people opening up new accounts and NOT their loyal current customers’ birthdays

He broke my chipper (no big deal, it had come w/ the house & was probably 100 yrs old) then bought a new one & used it on my parking spot.
