Arizona Guy: “So you’re living in a city that stresses you out, stepping over homeless people in the subway, getting nowhere financially, and you’ll wake up one day and you’ll be 60 years old, still be renting a shitty one-bedroom apartment, but all of that is worth it because you sometimes get to be at the same party as someone who actually has a recognizable talent?”
NYC Guy: “You suck. You’re from Arizona. Arizona is a shitty state. There are Republicans there. You have no culture.”
Arizona Guy: “I own my own house and I’m looking forward to a prosperous retirement.”

Arizona Guy: “Is your net worth even above $300 dollars?”

Arizona Guy: “Actually I travel pretty much wherever I want with all of the money I save from living in a part of the country that doesn’t tax me to death. That and my all-in housing costs are $1000 a month.”

Re: Arizona. I would certainly consider it for a second home, when I retire. I would certainly prefer it over Florida. I like the desert scenery, and I like the lack of humidity.
