bxgrl, dear, if you’re referring to donatella, I happen to agree with her, so maybe that makes me a hall monitor, too.
Look around. Make a list of all those who are missing, and all those who used to post constantly but now post sporadically at best, and you’ll see that the Usual Suspects have shrunken more than the polar ice cap in the face of global warming.
i don’t think anyone really thinks they can changes minds here- or in real life. Would that we could. But if you want to have different discussions, throw some new topics out there that people are actually interested in talking about.
Thanks M4L, Any news on cleaning up Fulton Street down there? Fulton Street is kinda gross in that neck of the woods. Such a shame since two blocks north it’s gorgeous.
The shops on Lewis are very nice and I see some retail potential on Reid Avenue in the future.
A friend of mine in commercial RE says that that developers/investors have been seriously looking at mixed used buildings in the area. They feel that Retail has potential in Bed Stuy with all the new gentrification moving into the neighborhood.
