Yes — no OT song parody has come close. Captures the moment and the cast of characters perfectly. And it scans just right — good sogn parodies ahve to scan right.
I imagine Muffet would have poted just to gloat if she found the house and price she seemed to be insisting on. It wasn’t her point of view so much as her tone — as if the market owed it to her to price at the point she thought was correct.

real estate doesn’t get a number because we don’t talk about it enough to merit one. Perhaps someone should come up with a site where we can discuss the interesting aaspects of Brooklyn RE, renovation, etc. I bet it would do well.
Lech, on another note and this is a sincere question: you know some of mine but I was wondering whom would you consider people (dead or alive) that you have great admiration for / consider your heroes / inspiration?
