Worst day in Chinatown will be Sunday because of the parade, which will close streets from 11 to 5 and attract huge crowds. Tomorrow not terrible, lion dances, lots of businesses including restaurants closed for the holiday. At least that’s been my experience with previous Chinese New Years when my daughter was going to school there.
ive lived places where i didnt smoke inside, that’s not a bad thing. makes you smoke less, cleaner apt, etc. if i was a landlord and living in the building as my tenants i would also instate a no hot cooking rule as well, closed windows rule when pooping in the bathroom along with an air filter type of system. different people are adverse to different kinds of smells. i wouldnt want to smell other peoples cooking or poomist if i was an owner.
