🙂 It’s a lazy kinda day. I’ve still got on my pajama pants despite the fact that Fresh Direct will likely be ringing my buzzer any minute now. Here’s to hoping they aren’t offended by pink jammie pants.
Snappy, I am still in my pjs. Fairway always sends an email whenever it snows to tell people they are open. I am sure there are passable roads there and everywhere. I’m just lazy.
Biff, I did see the documentary, a friend lent me a copy of it. Great stuff, if a little sad – knowing they were splitting up. Same friend knows them very well-and is how I got to know them a bit. Sean is a very funny guy, and also a very nice person, I forgot he is Canadian! Never failed to crack me up! Maybe it’s a Canadian thing? ; ) I never saw Galaxie 500, sadly, wish I’d heard of them sooner. Friend that introduced me to them used to get comp’d to their shows whenever they played in NYC, and we’d go see them. I blew my one chance to see Dean & Britta, but my friend saw them. I think D & B were at Bookcourt when the book came out and they performed two (?) songs! I missed that, like a big dummy!
TextperV, 10″ of fluffy snow is at most 3.5 inches when packed/stepped on. most SUV’s can power thru 10″ of fluffy snow no prob. As DIBS said, clearance might stop you (ie snow packs under the car whereby it’s high enough that it stops the car) but if not that, 10″ of fluffy snow can’t stop an SUV with 4WD or AWD.
if you plan to or even think of having another kid, go get a minivan. most SUV’s are only good for 1 kid.

rf, Better not to chance it today. Tomorrow the roads will be clearer and safer.

Biff- head on over to the MM walkabout. we’re trying to decide who would be a good choice to play Beecher in a movie.
M4L, not interested in an SUV or a car for that mater. I’m getting a bike.
Dona, are you Irish? Thought you were Italian.
