Funding is not a constitutional right and as politicians put up more and more roadblocks, it will become even harder for women to exercise their rights. then someone will start a class action lawsuit and it will go to the Supreme Court for resolution based on the Constitution- as they see it. Throw up enough roadblocks to the free exercise of constitutional rights, and the Supreme Court will take it on to protect those rights. Roe vs Wade, Brown vs the BOE, gay rights legislation- this is why the Supreme Court decides these issues- to protect rights.
