Discount from ask is not a relevant metric. All that matters is how the price compares to market value (a bit circular since you are the market, so what I really mean is all that matters is how much you can turn around and sell it for).
We’re zeroing in on a final price that is 5.5% below their current ask. It also happens to be 22% below their original ask when it went on the market a year ago. They have had several price cuts.
And I don’t understand why tough guys are necessarily lowballers. Lowballing can be smart or stupid. It just depends on the facts.
I am reading a book on the Supreme court and learning a little about Marshall and how under his court, the supreme court got to be the final arbiter of what the US constitution is. What power. But the court is not infallable, it is not divine. Look at some of the enlightened things it has done – Dred Scott for one.

we have friends who are huge LSU Tigers fans. I sent their kid ‘stuf’ it was so hard to decide what to get for a boy. I ended up getting a onsie, sweets and a pair of socks. That purple is so overpowering.
