“I don’t know I am only guessing but as Jessi said earlier, there is some kind of metric to measure unique clicks to the ads but also the overall web traffic or clicking is a metric which goes into pricing ad revenues.”
Indeed, I agree. However based on my experience in media, when a site owner like Mr. B signs on an advertiser, it’s to a contract of specific length, regardless of variables like clicks.
And, if the advertiser finds at the end of the contract he wasn’t realizing a profit sufficient to justify his investment, there’s no reason for him to re-up. That’s why it’s important that Mr. B’s advertisers realize sales from the site.
Moreover, because your OT “identity” is tied to a specific computer, there is no question Mr. B can track individual Brownstoner users who click on a Brownstoner ad and use the same computer to purchase a good or service online.
you know what I love best about this listing? Not the 50% down. I love the giant floorplan. My eyes almost cried tears of joy when that popped open. A floorplan my old eyes can actually SEE

DIBS, they probably know there’s a ton of denver or nearby moonfaces that have landed on this great borough – they have an inside track on how / what to serve to those transplants vs. the locals are still figuring them out

“Where do I apply???”
Biff, I’ll gladly submit your resume for you if you’d like, though that sort of thing has gotten me in trouble in the past.

I love all the info on this blog about the economy, the price of real estate, the economic crisis and the real estate bubble.
It’s just that lately this sort of news doesn’t incite much comment because nothing much has happened. It’s all kind of mushy good.
I do too, Gem.
i think most of the cuts make sense. i’m more of a libertarian than anything else.
CGar, same way I could guess confidently JB was very cute. some people read tea leaves. I can read the posts here.
