That’s a grand idea,
we can all meet up at Battery Park,
jump on board the Staten Island Ferry
with a couple of bottles of Brooklyn Moonshine.
Imagine the ruckus that would ensue.
Absolutely! Our two cruises out of NY were both out of the west side pier in Manhattan…just north of the Intrepid. We had balconies that faced Manhattan as we sailed off and agree with you that it’s simply beautiful seeing Manhattan, Brooklyn, NY Harbour, etc.
We took a cruise outta NYC a couple of years ago. Our daughter used to live by the pier there, so she helped us with the luggage. Upon getting to the pier and looking around, she said ‘now you are certifiably old’.
Actually I have some pix of the ship and the destinations…
