A long time ago, I knew about an elementary school in NE Philly near a small factory, where the toluene smells wafting through the classrooms were so strong kids were getting sent home sick. THAT is something to complain about.
Big cotton fake-looking snowflakes in Bed-Stuy. Our garbage was picked up, Wednesday I think. I saw garbage trucks with snow plows in front, picking up garbage today.
