M4L, the best you can do is marry a woman who has good judgment, makes a good living, and is trustworthy.
Like I did: Marriage No 2
Like I didn’t do: Marriage No 1: And will pay for the rest of my life
Hey D-Cat, I used to have a more PollyAnna like attitude about these things but have learned if someone makes a statement like you just did, there is some really hard truth there. But I also suspect that it is going to get better, much much better.
i didnt have chores, but i used to clean the house when i was a little kid, and then my grandmother went kinda normal and started doing it herself and when she didnt want to do it anymore my grandfather would clean the house when he came home on weekends. but i was a good kid who never got in trouble so i was worth my allowance.
i didnt know how to wash clothes until i got to college :-/
DCB, I planned to and proceeded to MARRY UP. she is more generous, forgiving, smarter, etc. than I. unfortunately, she turned out to be tougher cookie than I too hence wears the pants.
Really heart breaking with my kids, Dona.

If I’m being honest, I would have to say that CDog wears the pants in my household.
Someone should make a movie like that Sliding Doors one with Gwyneth and show one version of life with having a child and another where you don’t.
jessibaby,
Well we have 3 sets of twins in the OT,
sounds like the beginning of a good experiment.

You rich, bitch.

Stock market caught in a really tight range since 12:30. Expect some fireworks tomorrow, if not in the next 1/2 hr.
Good call, Dave.

“my allowance from 12 years old to 15 years old was 60 dollars a week, but that had to cover both candy and video games”
I see *rob* was a typical trust fund kid.
