Hi everybody. Hi RF. Yeah, Cuba is not exactly the shining city on the hill, but two things that it can brag about are its medical care and the fact that its population has a 98% literacy rate. If you want to study, you can go as far as you want in the university system. Cuba has been on the bleeding edge of medical research, having used stem cells for research for some time; wealthy Latin Americans go to Cuba for advanced medical treatments. It sort of flies in the face of a society which also has collapsing buildings and cars from the 1950s.
how about a book recommendation about money, saving, investing for a h.s. student.
My foolish nephew who is working (good thing) spent his earnings on some hd tv for his bedroom. I’m gonna ring his neck.
ew i would never live in an apartment that had a washer and dryer in the actual apartment… maybe a different floor, but not anywhere near a bedroom, living room, or worse i grew up having, in most of the apts i lived in, the washer and dryer in the kitchen. totally gross. the smell of food and laundry isnt a pleasant combo.

Cobble, I was trying to unscrew the front panels of the oven so I can see why it’s not working then wife tells me since it’s a gas oven, my tinkering might cause an explosion. I was smart enough to realize this wasnt a debate I want to have, can win, nor care to win so I quickly screwed everything back and watched TV.

m4l, if the oven isn’t lighting, turn on one of the top burners for a moment with the oven “On” and see if that does the trick.
