CGar- I’ve done cats, I’ve one men. Cats are more fun. They have silky sleek fur, not sandpaper stubble, and they don’t read your mail.

Jessi, actually, I should say we used to play that “Nice” game more than now. I know her more as a person now. She has been my tenant for 6 years. She has cheap rent too. So she’s happy. And I am happy too.

My neighbors were told that they were backed up on stump removal. The only tree that got replaced was a new tree which was less than 2 year old.

We lost two really old trees across the street in the tornado. They were huge and seeing on the ground in ruins was heartbreaking.
