so- any or all of you tech types. What do yo do when a webmaster you hired and now want to break ties with refuses to give you the access information for your accounts back? The domain names were registered by him (paid for by the organization)
1. No- I’m asking for an organization I volunteer with
2. They are not the most tech savvy people in the world- they just want control of their web site back.
3. Had I known what they were doing, I would never have let them relinquish control like that. They really trusted the guy- he came through a highly trusted (and now very upset) friend.
i have to find out from them. The site is all about them and even says they own the copyright, all rights reserved on the site
so hopefully. I already contacted the registrar for them.
Then again, maybe the OT DOES have something in common with the ART:
“The Round Table was just a lot of people telling jokes and telling each other how good they were. Just a bunch of loudmouths showing off, saving their gags for days, waiting for a chance to spring them…. There was no truth in anything they said. It was the terrible day of the wisecrack, so there didn’t have to be any truth.”
wasn’t there one last week? I could have sworn I had a comment box on the bottom too- I thought it was a great idea. Oh well, must lay off the sauce obviously 🙂
Hey benson, is that Robert Moses? And I agree – Javits has seen better days.

you contact the registrar, go daddy, dotster, etc. Hopefully you have proof that you actually own the site.

You would select a founding member of the Algonquin Round Table. Oh well, it gives everyne around here something to shoot for.
