rob, if 1-child rule got passed, those kids would be taxed like crazy as there would be fewer of them to pay INTO the tax system to fund the older folks.
yeah a one child rule here would be AWESOME! in fact a rule that you need to have a certain amount of money to begin with before having a baby would be even MORE awesome.
