Dibs, I worked near there for a while and during the summer it was like some kind of character test for me. I wanted to yell “get out of the way” all the time. All these goofy people having a nice time congregating on the street you couldn’t walk.
so what can we learn from this? never let a bible-thumper buy a sword?
It’s really only 5th Ave that’s the big problem…maybe 6th Ave too but I don’t go over there. I’m sure Times Square is bedlam.

I’m a prisoner here in midtown from yesterday till mid jan. Ghastly.
Couldn’t even go to keen’s last monday as it was an hour and a half wait and nothing going on in the garden.
