    i did a pork shoulder (5 lbs) and cooked it for about 5 hours. came out like a really dried out pork rib roast.

  2. I saw a live cock fight in San Juan, PR. It’s barbaric. But I suppose, as with bullfighting, which seems equally barbaric to me, one’s perception of it can vary enormously based on the culture within which one was raised.
