Remember, the Queen Mother (Elizabeth’s mum) was retired when her husband, the king, died. K&W would be subject to the same ruling.

I think she’s stuck with the title Princess. After all, the Queen’s husband is Prince Philip, not King Philip.
If William dies or abdicates, the throne goes to Harry.
