Rob, I really appreciate the thought you are giving to this project. Yes, the RHCC specifically asks for gifts for the older kids/tweens/teens, too.
I think gift cards are a nice idea, and the B&B W idea is very nice. I’m sure a young girl would love this (I loved gifts like that when I was a tween—wait, I still do!). One year, I gave a gift certificate for GAP/Old Navy thinking the kid might like to pick something out for themselves. Not sure about the electronic gifts thought.
I think the kids are a mix of both shelter and low income families. But I’ll ask Snaps to confirm, since she spoke to the contact and may have a better idea.
