I keep hearing about this ‘civil disorder’ thing. How’s it gonna start? Some gun nut in Wyoming gonna kill his neighbor the sheriff to start the revolution? You’d think some patriotic citizen would have placed some small harmless explosive device in a Wall Street tarp recipient and blew it up at 3AM. Not even that. So when will the shooting start, and who will be doing it, and who will be shot? Inquiring minds wanna know.
“do think he’s right about the very real possibility of civil disorder”
Legion, he’s not speculating on civil disorder, he’s pushing for it. He advocates citizens taking up arms. Don’t act like he’s innocuous or an even worse characterization, like an astute commentator.
There was an interesting article in the NYT a few weeks ago. Three plans to balance the budget.
1st set, Rep Paul Ryan, a repub.
2nd set, Bill Bradley, John Danforth, Gary Hart, Bob Packwood. Two former dems, 2 former repubs.
3rd set, two heads, one democrat from Brookings, one repub from Committee for a Responsible Federal Budget.
There was a list of items. Soc Sec, Health, Defense, Other spending, and revenue. Each party was to say what they would do in each category. A lot of interesting ideas from all parties. Except, Rep Ryan’s posting under defense was blank. IOW, not one penny could he figure out how to save in military spending.
I am having a tough day being harassed by in house lawyers who are not only very unsure of themselves and the “RULES” but have no social graces. At all. I want to eat the bag of candy in my desk. WHY am I keeping a bag of candy in my desk????
I find the commercials on Fox News pretty entertaining as well. Typically ads for debt restructuring, trade colleges, ambulance chaser lawyers, online christian dating websites.

I have black tea, green tea, herbal tea, mate, sugar cubes, almonds, organic Oreo knockoffs (horribly crumbly), a dark chocolate bar.
If conservatives are smarter than liberals, why is the Fox News zipper on their HQ at 1211 6th the slowest news zipper in town?
the lawyers are bugging you about having candy at your desk? Where did you hear that lawyers were supposed to have social graces?
