Cgar, saw a lot of the 1BBP units relisted on streeteasy. Lower prices I think. But how long can that developer/ment carry so many empty units?
i do give them credit for running 26 miles. that is MIND boggling!

Did you hear that Pamela Anderson is in Israel. While there, she is going to represent PETA and try to get the Satmars to stop wearing real fur hats.(no joke)
not to mention i smelled marathon B.O. all the way on 5th avenue!!! i swear that smell lingers for a food 3-4 hours until they are all gone!!

Donatella! That is exactly where we were for the better part of the start of the Marathon — right where the music pumps out of the windows of someone’s home? Wonderful, wild, cheering place to be 🙂 And after, my kids and I wandered over to Adelphi and Lafayette to check out a place for sale there. Beautiful house I think I’d like to go see. Sigh. I love marathons and I love that part of Ft. Greene.
they dont have to run after them. cameras would detect their race number and they can be summonsed that way for a littering ticket. also that would crack down on people selling their racing bids, no? two birds, one stone.

how fun was watching the marathon yesterday!? i watched for a bit on the corner of N6th/Bedford Ave. There was a stage set up with a band playing – and a guy dressed up in a bear costume handing out gummy bears. good energy and vibe!
kens, thanks for the link. BTW after subway ride yesterday I reiterate that I’m delighted not to be in my 20s. Poor kids.
