Take your average NPR broadcast and have someone read it to you in a shrill, annoying voice. Then see how smart you think it sounds. You’ll think a second grader wrote it.
Juan Williams is a shitty political analyst. He provided little insight and didn’t even make sense half the time. He often looks like an oaf sitting next to Bill Kristol, who is a much better political commentator, on This Week.
Many brokers themselves call the management company to get a heads-up on vacant apartments. Try to beat them at their own game. It might be tough, however, as management companies tend to steer vacancies to certain brokers (for a “favor”, of course).
