“Ok Pavarotti or Placido Domingo”
third tenor totally left out
Carreras was good too when he was young but sad to say, lost it maybe even before he got leukemia. In those three tenor concerts after he finished with his treatements, nobody wanted to say it, but his voice was gone…
Placido Domingo is great, but Pavarotti was out of this world.
Mopar, that’s fine and dandy but my statemt remains super accurate. when I first visited san fran back in late 80’s, that chinatown was way nicer than the one in Manhattan. but since then, no development and food got a ton worst. arm pits
And besides Chinese people live throughout the Bay Area — it would be bizarre if they lived in a “Chinatown.” The Bay Area is more than 50 percent Asian.

Where is Montrose Morris?
I agree, SF Chinatown had really good food in the eighties and early 90s.

DIBS, radar pointing toward EUROtrash
You’ve got no taste whatsoever. What, some German in leather with a Prada bag and Gucci sunglasses?????
Speaking of which, I’ve noticed a lot of marves coming out of the closet recently!!!!
biff, rob’s blogicide lasted DAYS (yes, DAYS) so relative to his history (ie 5 minute blogicides), he did quit brownstoner. Hence, NO “pwned”

“didn’t you quit Brownstoner?”
Rob pwned.
Yes, lets go back to talking about bedbugs 24/7.
That was compelling reading.
Lots of volatility in gold.
