Good work! Take some advice from me, however. You need some grenades in your tool belt if you want to take on such a task.

Hello all!
I had a great day today. We finished up our last meeting at 12 noon, and our customer wasn’t in the mood for lunch. So my colleague and I took off for Nazareth, which was only an hour away.
Nazareth was great! I never knew that it was so high up in the mountains. It is beautiful – the homes hug the hills. It’s a predominantly Palestinian town (or at least the parts I saw on my drive-through). After a nice lunch of shish-kebab in a little hole in the wall, we went to see the Basilica of the Annunciation. It is the largest church in the Middle East, and is built on the site where it is believed that the Angel Gabriel announced to Mary that she was pregnant with Jesus. Nearby is the Church of St. Joseph, where St. Joseph’s carpentry shop is believed to have been located. THe Basilica was recently built in the 60’s, and it was built over the ruins of a previous church. To those who say that we can’t build them like they used to, you should see this basilica. Impressive.
In the Church and the surrounding courtyard, an artist from each of the countries of the world contributed a mosaic of the Madonna and Child. My colleague, who is Japanese and Catholic, was moved to tears when he saw the mosaic from Japan. Mary was a Japanese lady in a kimono!
I’m a lucky sun-of-gun to have a job that allows me to see these things. Believe me, I know it.
Take care all. I need a nap. I have to leave for the airport at midnight.
Notice how snappy did that, everyone. She stated a position quite unemotionally and articulately, and accepted that there are alternative viewpoints, albeit ones she doesn’t agree with. Didn’t call anyone who disagrees with her any names. That’s class, people.
If there were more people like snappy out there I might even believe in democracy.
I have no opinion at all on the Anita Hill thing, but I really respect Snappy for just taking a simple postition based on what she believes and not trying to mischaracterize alternative views. You go, snappy.
I’m sure she’s glad someone who’s voting for a candidate with the biggest boobs is applauding her apparently deeply thought-out belief.

Yeats? zzzzzzzzzzzz!
And ET, the moon landing did not happen. It was a government setup on a Hollywood film set.
JUST KIDDING! Ha!

Shall we begin our discussion of Yeats now????
Please describe how Yeats is influenced by Edmund Spenser and Percy Bysshe Shelley, as well as the Pre-Raphaelite poets.
You have 25 minutes to complete your essays. Make sure they are written in your best penmanship.
