ringo, ppty tax for the nice houses in the downtown historical area is not cheap. but house prices and ppty taxes a little bit out of town is cheap.

Hey there D-Cat, don’t know if you saw my post from a little while ago. I got really busy on the weekend and I swear I did not forget about 107 Gates, but I couldn’t do my covert intelligence gathering as planned. I am sorry. However, I definately WILL. Tonight, I will ride by there (and listen to the Damn Yankees on the radio) and check out everything, write down numbers, etc. Also, I have a sneaking suspicion that this house has been on the market, in fact I may have even tried to get in there in the past. If it is the one I think, the owner is a flake and lives elsewhere. But I will check.
