I do a couple of things for liquid. If there is a good stock lying around (we usually make stock after we have a chicken) then I’ll use that, but otherwise I’ll just toss in some water. Actually I haven’t used stock since I started squeezing in limes. Not sure whether chicken stock and limes will sing together.
