Benson – yes I knew that – but that’s what happened to each immigrant group that came in next – the Irish were horribly treated by the people here when they all arrived – not saying it’s OK – but I think that was part of the immigrant experience back then

fyi – the cake is the same. Same base and frosting but as a cake w/ 2 layers. Sometimes, I find the cupcake isn’t enough to satisfy my chocolate cravings.
