It is a good value place to live.
One of my family moved back a few years ago as part of the process of getting her life back together. She got a decent job there after a few months looking & now happily married. Don’t think she could have re-established herself as well in an expensive city like NYC or SF etc.
Re: Istar’s comment about indoor pets, I have an Italian friend (from ItalY) who is lovely dovey cutsie wootsie about cats. It’s almost a little disgusting. but I don’t think it would ever occur to her to have the filthly little things actually shitting and pissing and shedding in her house! Lol.
Rob – thanks for the tip – bus people are the peeps that clean up the tables at restraunts or fill the water glasses – I don’t think they make very much money and they only get a small percentage of the tip the waiter/waitress makes. Rob you would do better as a host or waiter
Snaps – am really sorry to hear this. I think I was under the impression you had found a job months ago. ugh i don’t even know what to say I wish I could help you – do you want to practice Entertainment Law? I could see if my old company is hiring counsel…..
Ha! Ishtar, I have an aunt that used to have a rabbit. They didn’t even bother to name the damned thing. It was just ‘the rabbit.’ It lived outside, year round in the hot Louisiana sun. No pen, no house, no bunny shelter of any sort. And the dang thing never ran away, either. Aunt Snappy used to say that it knew better than to run away because no one else was gonna feed it and it somehow knew that!
