On Wednesday arrested development comes on IFC at 10PM, otherwise there is squat on 150 channels unless tcm has a good movie.
$400 is too much for a TV. I would pay that much for a top of the line Kitchen Aid mixer, though. That would bring me far more joy.
I wish I had held off on buying a flat screen. I paid inflated prices back in ’05 and tvs bigger than mine now retail for less that what I paid then. I’ve gotta learn to curb my tech obsession.

I don’t have cable and getting an HDTV means I can at least get local channels, which was all I watched when I had cable.

ishtar, you can get a pretty decent flat panel tv for 400 and another 40 for the digital antenna.
