“You got there notwithstanding your Poli Sci.”
Was just joking ditto, but yeah. Though I thoroughly enjoyed studying Latin American political systems and Communist political systems, not to mention my minor in European History (French Revolution through WWII). All very helpful in my current Compliance position.
I’m only telling you what I want to do. It doesn’t really impact you in any way.
I think people get locked into their own experiences. I don’t want my kids in TODAY’S military. I’m not talking about when you were in the military which I assume was not yesterday. Maybe things will be different in a few years done the road, but I’m not hopeful.
1. Happy Birthday Etson. Again. I hope you are enjoying your birthday week.
B. Rob, re women muggers, you are going off your runners.
iii. If you are lucky enough to get a start in life with parents who can pay for your education, more power to you. I guess. But that is alien to me. I had to do it myself, with a little scholarship money. Parents did pay for me to go to Catholic school grammar and high school, though, for which I am grateful. I think.
my grandmother laughed in my face when i asked them if they were going to be contributing to any part of my education. like im talking literally laughed.
if i had a kid id laugh too if they asked such an absurd question.

I am reserving comment on the Rob vs. ENY sideshow only because you have all been so patient with my little feuds.

“I’ll be able to fly when you’re able to obtain a job that consists of something more than doing someone else’s routine chores.”
