I figured that Pac Heights house would sell quickly and for at least ask. That nabe is like prime areas of Brooklyn in that the home values haven’t been hit nearly as hard as non prime areas and people really want to live there.
Pedro, shouldn’t be a prollem at 7:30am. If not Smith, Clinton. More riff raff like yourself on Smith so cabs prefer to pick up a better class of people on Clinton. Most cabs won’t give you a hard time if the 5th passenger is a kid.
