Is pouring the water over the teabag pretty widely accepted or is this something that every English person feels strongly about but they all do it differently?
Lech: Nothing wrong with any of that? Okay, I applaud your honesty, but that — in a nutshell — is the difference between conservatives and liberals, that you think there’s nothing wrong with any of that. And you’re incorrect (and deliberately insulting) in assuming that liberals are insecure hypocrites who don’t care about the “little people” and just pretend to be conered about the environment and the poor. That might describe some other demographic, but not true liberals. Give it a break already.

I put milk in my tea. So Lech and I have something in common!
heh – teabag
Any honey in tea should have head chopped off.
later fools.
Not my preferred method, but that should result in a decent cup.
Make sure you don’t use Lipton’s sawdust though. Get teabags which contain tea.

Or use actual tea (no bag) and a strainer.
Pour water onto teabag, or use a teapot, again with the teabag in before the water.
Oh, and anyone who puts milk in their tea should be deported. Period.
