I had a young “moonface” type woman push by me as I was letting someone else go in front of me as we were all merging off the subway down the stairs at the 4th avenue/9th street
as she is pushing by me she said to me, “I was here first” and my gut response was “Fuck you bitch” I know – not very ladylike of me but as I see it – I was letting someone else go in front of me and by you pushing your way through me to get down the stairs and have the nerve to say something to me am going to say something

Rob – am not surprised by your story about the fight with the generic park slope dad and the ca driver – more and more am seeing that people in the nabe are getting “mouthy” and aren’t afraid of acting like true New Yorkers but then when the person they are mouthing off to calls their bluff and attacks they can’t handle it.
