I just completed a very dangerous mission – trying to patch things up between my daughter and wife after they had a huge blowout.

I think ditto spied on us and I think he knows exactly where we were sitting.
Ikea has an excellent supply of CFL bulbs in many sizes with many different bases. Cheap too.
And the traffic jams predicted by several OT drivers when the bike lane was painted have not materialized.
So the first PTA meeting of the year was held at PS 107 last night. I went for the first part about after school activities and really really wanted to stay for the second part but my balls hurt way too much so I had to leave. Seems like a very level headed group of parents. I didn’t see any of the stuff that I associate with NYC style helicopter overparenting, although I left early and who knows what happened after I left. And I really like the library space, which is where they had the meeting. I continue to get a real warm fuzzy from the school.
