I think there are plans to build a half mile residential tower in Chicago, it’s shaped like a corkscrew.
I hope the engineers are taking those concerns about swaying into account or there will be more than a few
queasy apartment dwellers in there.

Perks: I could wear jeans and go barefoot all damn day if I want to, and never ever carry a MF Blackberry. And they are super smart, experienced, nice people! I liken them to refugees who got out of the meat grinder corporate world with their sanity and talent intact
