  1. I thought it was illegal to spend (US)money there (unless of course you have the special permission to go, educational, family, whatever).
And if passport is stamped assumption is you spent money.

  2. DIBS — sounds like you’ll be needing some IP legal fleecing, er, representation. May I recommend snappy slopey CGar jesse and lechacal LLP? There hasn’t been much call for our services as of late.

  3. Rob that business plan would not pass my due diligence test.

Dibs, I used to live by Gramercy Park.
    The police academy was nearby.
When the cadets started, the walked like normal people. By the time the cadet class was ready to graduate, they barely moved, just clogged up the sidewalk.

If any of you have web design expertise I have a business proposal for you. You have to be able to design a fully interactive website with chat and a very sophisticated search function among members. I will provide a model for you to rip off, er, I mean use as an example.

The current model has 200,000 members where, i suspect maybe 25% of them pay a $50 membership fee for the full year…..that means $2.5MM in revenues.

There are a large number of permutations of the original site that we are going to rip off, er, I mean use as a model, that will generate revenues.
