My current job was through a recruiter. That was 5 years ago. In this market it doesn’t hurt.
gem….unfortunately headhunters who literally “troll” craigslist are the bottom of the barrel. They will also willy-nilly send your resume all over and rarely have a clue as to “fit.”
I’m not saying it’s always a total waste of time, just beware.
Petebklyn : I went to the auction.
I am not sure why they went in foreclosure.
I got my job with one 29.5 years ago. So don’t know about these days.
need advice:
I have a meeting with a recruiter later today – is it worth it? I applied to a job on craigslist and it was a recruiter and she wants me to come in to meet her etc
I think I just fear that recruiters are sort of a waste of time.
Anyone had success with them?

So I had a bagel with cream cheese and I got an everything but had them toast it – WOW – I never really did tht before and it totally changes the whole taste and I LOVED IT!

as long as I’m hold a bag of something, I’m fine in most hoods as folks just think I’m delivering take-out.
