I’d imagine you can answer that with DNA analysis. When they had children god made sure those children didn’t share Adam’s DNA. He was the Universe’s first baby daddy who was left off the hook because the DNA of the offspring didn’t match up. or you could answer the original question with the theory that there were really 24 Adam’s and 24 Eves relative to time zones.
