I tried to catch up with the posts but damn there’s a lot. I gave up. I’m sure I didn’t miss much.

I also tried to read and catch up and it is a lost cause. All I remember is we cannot mention art, music or dance (or is that just Rob?). Also Beethoven cannot have written music because he had no Ivy League college degrees. Rob has art degree but should not discuss art. So that leaves dance and I didn’t read that part. Shall we dance? Learning these OT ropes is well, challenging sometimes.
I did however, manage to finish reading “What I Loved”, by Siri Hustvedt (sp?), wife of Paul Auster.
Hmm…Jackal, the person you described as reading Cussler doesn’t sound like someone that would travel or read. I don’t think you’re very good at this profiling thing.
Thanks, Jester – that sounds interesting but might make me feel like my life is boring. The last trip I took I read, don’t laugh, the Girl with the Dragon Tattoo and then The Brief Wondrous Life of Oscar Wao. Oh, maybe I’ll get that new one by Jonathan Franzen.
“And the Heart Says Whatever” — essays by Emily Gould, the former Gawker editor about being 20something in NYC. Spent all afternoon reading it and it’s good without being all deep and shit.
prezanon – was it good? should i read it on the plane/in the airport?

“wifey prefers no nuts”
I’m so very sorry to hear that, m4l. Was the procedure painful?
