Blogger is free and easy to use. That’s how brownstoner started and now look at the enterprise that has been built.

That smoking ban is asinine. I would have much preferred a ban on smoking while walking down the street. People should have to stay in place while smoking so us non smokers can avoid them.
And, Snappy, nice of you to join us, however briefly. Don’t MAKE me call your mom. Again.

ishtar…no idea if that’s enough. You have to figure out how much you will need to live on depending where you will retire and when.
Can you live on $75k, $100K or $50k a year when you retire??? Will your retirement funds be enough to yield 4% or so and grow at 4% to accomadate that number???
Example: If you have $500,000 in retirement funds and you have structured it to yield 5%, it will pay you $25,000 a year to live on. Hopefully it will grow at 5% ON AVERAGE PER YEAR (NO GUARANTEES) and so all in you will be able to pull out $50,000 a year to live on without eating into the pricipal.
Who advised you to roll an IRA into an annuity?????? Theese are typically NOT GOOD PRODUCTS.

But as for the attire, ummmmm, if you’d join us for drinks, you’d see that *rob* already does dress outrageously. Damn shame he had a hissyfit and pitched all his faux furs last year.
