rob, not really it’s what people did on 60s. She wasn’t falling down drunk, just partaking in a daily ritual. Effects of drugs is terrible on newborns, all the crack babies from the 80/90s are having all sorts of issues.
bxgrl, I see what you’re saying about how parents can come across. I guess it’s the sheer joy of it all and the fact that it kinda overrides the wonderful and full life before they had children. Parenthood induced amnesia, maybe?

Funny too that she only gained 20lbs when she had us twins. Today people put on twice that for one. Truth be told we’re all healthy eaters, always have been, the only indulgence growing up was milky ways, and those were the small ones which were also counted to make sure we didn’t spoil dinner.

I was allergic to penicillin once and now I am not. I was allergic to cats at one time and now I’m not. very bizarre.
