Rob, my breakfast today cost 1.75. Vegetable omlette, broccoli and garlic. temple orange, delicous coffee. At my house. There really isn’t food inflation now, you are talking about luxury foodie treats.
I was going to post something about someone buying me a Burberry raincoat but reconsidered as I know the hall monitor is lurking and I’d be accused of bragging.
Donatella, what’s going on with Yanks? loss 4 in row, on CC is pitching well, Petite still not back, swept by Texas, lost div lead,…. it might be better they lose Div and face Twins (vs Texas) in opening round
Biff, you need to learn how to position it behind your various Bloomberg screens. I don’t have that problem here since no one gives a hoot what the hell I’m doing!!!!
Burberry $750 Kids’ Coats Turn Playgrounds to Runways
hmm.. oddly things like that dont bother me as much. obviously a 750 dollar coat is truly aimed for the extremely wealthy and doesnt directly affect the cost of cheaper children’s coats. besides rich kids NEED to be fashionable. they cant be running the UES like ragamuffins in coats from burlington coat factories.
i have issues with the ridiculous strafication in prices of food stuffs.
if someone bought me a 10 dollar chocolate bar i’d throw it in the trash. if someone bought me a 750 dollar burberry coat i’d be their BFF

Biff, be wary of the vegas-like ceiling video cam’s. you are on the trading flr now
