Genuine Question:
I live across the street from building that has a for sale sign up for months and the building is boarded up except for the top floor where this crazy old lady lives who is just plain weird -SO here’s my question – is she trying to hold out and the LL/Owner just won’t pay her the money she is asking for? I mean can’t he kick her out? I can’t see how it’s safe to live in a building with the rest of the apartments boarded up!
