m4l, there’s nothing to settle. I’m not sure why *rob* thought I was thinking something nefarious happened. Then again, I’m not sure why *rob* thinks I lie to him or try to prank him sometimes either.
I was afraid to ask because what happened is exactly what I feared happened. Either his roommate put his beagle to sleep or the beagle died. And, *rob*, I’m very sorry to hear it.
And it hits home with me because, at 15-1/2, I’m very conscious of CDog’s mortality. I think *rob*’s roommate’s Beagle and CDog are close in age and having some of the same problems.
I think this one has DIBS name on it.
