I always say I won’t watch but I kept flipping back to it like I usually do. I used to have the biggest crush on Kate Winslet; anyone see “Jude”? Beyonce looked pretty smokin’ too.
ok – my 2 cents:
I thought Kate Winslet looked horrid – hated her dress and hair – ugh although I do think she’s usually gorgeous on the redcarpet, last night was a total miss for me
loved Nicold Kidman’s dress, Taraji(sp)dress, Anne Hathaway,Tina Fey and Natalie Portman
HATED Jessica Biel’s dress too – oy
ok and what was with that HORRIBLE mid-show broadway number with Jackman,Beyonce and the 2 friggn kids from High School Musical? – what a hot mess! -and speaking of messes – Beyonce totally lip-synched and looked SCARY on the redcarpet
Anglelina also looked gorgeous
Favorite moments – DEF ben Stiller and the whole James Franco/Seth Rogen bit as well

Kate said something at the end of her speech about Meryl having to deal with losing the Oscar to her that was obviously a joke. Before that “Winslet said she had been convinced that rival Meryl Streep would win the best actress award for Doubt. “When you are in a category with Meryl Streep, you just don’t expect anything good to happen to you, honestly,” she said.”

I knew she was no good ever since she ditched that perfectly nice hedge fund manager on Titanic and slutted around with some guy from steerage. Honestly!
