Re: Breakfast cereal, I grew up eating cereal for breakfast and went through the whole — cut down on sugar, get more fiber and protein thing — and these are my favorite good cereals:
— #1 Far and away. Quaker OATS OLD FASHIONED oatmeal (with walnuts).
— Shreaded Wheat (the Big bisquits)
— Kashi Go Lean – These are really high in fiber and protein (keeps you full longer) but taste a little like cardboard, but are OK.
“No nuts in brownies. Fruit cookies can have raisins.”
Raisins in Oatmeal cookies only for me. Raisins in Pepperidge Farm raisin bread (toasted with butter, when I’m sick). My mother threw a few raisins in her Challah for Rosh Hashanah “for a sweet New Year” and that was fine.
No nuts in brownies. But LOVE nuts in all manner of chocolate bars and chocolate treats. EXCEPT, I only liked Chunky with nuts but NOT with nuts AND raisins.
Where do people come down on coconut? I recently realized it’s one of those very controversial love or hate foods?
Raisin bran is a big lie. I don’t feed it to my kids b/c it has so much sugar. I feed them oatmeal, grape nuts, cheerios, shredded wheat, Bob’s Red Mill multigrain hot cereal, and make pancakes a couple of times a week.
I went to a birthday party for some coworkers Saturday night. The nonglasses wearers all envied us bespectacled people.
plus IJ, that pdf is 110 pages, it’s actually every fund they have.
“I told Mrs Jackal she can feel free to go night clubbing without me in P-town and talk to as many men as she wants and I won’t get jealous at all.”
Cause they’re gay, right? Cause if not, I’d be sad that my husband wouldnt get jealous.
Chunky bars are straight nasty. Ugh.

rob, why don’t you just wear glasses. Contacts are for people with better personal habits.
im afraid of getting punched in the face and possibly going blind if glass pierces my eyeballs. it’s a personal safety issue denton, not a vanity one.
