“Freedom does not equate to being physically and mentally able to make a living and be a success in NYC (or anywhere for that matter). All are welcome to give it a shot, however.”
So basically if you’re out of shape or dumb, hit the road? You’re a judgmental ass.
And I don’t disagree with everything you say – I totally agree that mopar was being a twit in the Texas thread. Also, Franny’s is my favorite restaurant in BK.
‘DH, for sure. NY is a tough place who are broke and trying to establish themselves. When I was a teenage runaway, it was fairly easy, what with all the welfare hotels around. You could get a room for a few bucks, save a few more, and then get an apt. I’m not sure if I could do what I did back then, today. ”

The worst part about bedbugs is they serve as prey for certain bird species. First come the bedbugs, then the peacocks.
“THEY ARE NOT IN MY APARTMENT AND THEY WONT COME INTO MY APARTMENT!”
Damn, now I’m curious what the hell is in that apartment that even bedbugs would avoid.
They are there waiting for you, Rob.
Your office probably has them by now as well.
“Which role do you play, *rob*, cop or robber?”
Bedbug victim.
