I didn’t make judgments about fat nor dumb Jessi. There are no set rules about it, but it’s a FACT that some people can make it here and some can’t. It has ABSOLUTELY nothing to do with weight or SAT scores. I can’t believe you are trying to argue this point. I’m still waiting for an answer for you (since you seem to disagree so stronly about it) about why the terrorists chose NYC as their primary target? Just a fluke? It was easier to get to than Kansas City?

denton, If this happens I actually want to buy because I’m almost positive my mortgage would be WAY cheaper than rent based on what I pay and when I move I can definitely collect enough rent to cover expenses. Also, my lease is up for renewal soon. I want to know if I need to have a valid lease to be given the option to buy or if that option exists regardless.
Agree that generally it is much tougher than 10 years ago, dh.
Think your friends just got lucky with the 100% salary increase though.
Can’t think of any careers where Europe would consistently pay double the US going rate.
