Stinky on Court St has a nice selection…not the cheapest, but they bring a good selection to the neighborhood. I don’t go to Union Market very often. I think they are overpriced and there isn’t a smaller store in the area that I can’t get the same selection from, granted I have to go to 2-3 of them but I prefer to support the smaller guys.
My point is there’s really no difference between good and bad gruyere and I believe most places sell the same gruyere from the same place. Kinda like that same wheel of jarlsberg everyone has.
I walked all the way to Grab from my house once and I’ve been hooked since. That place has a great selection of olive oil.

Snaps, I’ll try to scan that crust recipe for you again, now.

I can honestly claim to have DJ’ed at a club in NYC. Big fuckin’ deal.
Keep talking, ishtar, I’m starting to find you and your brand of weirdness entertaining.
Stinky? Love the name!
Thanks, Cobble. That’s GREATLY appreciated. I can continue to complain and hate what the hell I want in peace.
Oooh, a local place to get it? Perfect! I’ll go there. Thanks, Denton.
